Sea View Hotel, Bal Harbour

This hotel is a gem just a little off the more trafficked areas of Miami Beach. The rooms on the 9th floor of the building were very modern, providing a comfortable stay. The service, however, fell short as the staff seemed a bit rude and not very receptive. The location offers great access to the beach and dining spots, making it convenient. The dining experience exceeded expectations with very good fruits and juices.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel, enjoying a comfortable room with a lovely balcony perfect for catching the afternoon sun and sunsets. The staff was professional and friendly, going out of their way to provide a wonderful service, although I wish check-out rules were less strict and breakfast was improved. The hotel's location was fantastic, overlooking the ocean, but at times, it had a slightly snooty vibe that made me feel a bit out of place.

The service was impeccable, making me eager to return despite a few inefficiencies. The location was amazing, offering easy beach access and proximity to shopping. Dining was generally good, although not exceptional. Overall, a great vacation spot with a few minor drawbacks.

The hotel offers beautiful spacious rooms with excellent showers and convenient walk-in closets. However, the cleaning service, though available upon request, may need improvement. The location is fantastic, close to the beach, but some areas could use updates.
